Senator Green, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
twenty-four hour notice and publication requirements be waived on              
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 407(L&C) An Act relating to                              
discrimination by certain insurers against a person with a genetic             
defect for the Health, Education and Social Services Committee                 
meeting on May 6.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
